On the Overall Impacts of Development and Construction Riverside Green Space on the Urban Planning in Xinjiang

城市园林绿化作为城市基础设施,是城市市政公用事业和城市环境建设事业的重要组成部分。文章结合新疆昌吉吉木萨尔县、玛纳斯县、奇台县、呼图壁县等实际案例和国内外城市滨河绿地的开发建设的实践经验,从国家政策的支持、每个城市的特殊的地理环境、建设机制体制,依托新疆滨河绿地开发建设的研究,对新疆的城市建设进行一定的分析和思考。

As one of urban infrastructures, urban landscaping is an important part of municipal public utility and urban environmental construction. In connection with the actual cases of Jimsar County, Manas County, Qitai County and Hutubi County in Changji Prefecture of Xinjiang and the practical experience of domestic and overseas cities in the development and construction of riverside green spaces, this thesis analyzes and ponders the urban construction of Xinjiang in terms of the support of national policies and the special geographic environment and construction mechanism and institution of each city and on the basis of the research on the riverside green space development and construction of Xinjiang.
