Young teachers are an important part of university teachers to promote the scientific development of higher education, to do the people＇s satisfaction with the education of the reserve forces. Xinjiang external complexity of the ideological and political education, diversity education makes young teachers object also bear the arduous task to build a strong ideological line of defense and maintaining stability in border areas.
