新疆高校贫困学生资助政策探析

Analysis of the Aid Funding Policy for Poor Students in Xinjiang

我国高校贫困学生的资助政策体系日趋完善,为家庭经济困难学生顺利完成学业提供了良好的条件,贫困学生的资助政策不仅关系到学生的切身利益,也关系到教育公平问题。文章通过对国家资助政策的现状及存在的问题分析,提出了制定切实可行的认定标准,建立贫困生档案和数据库,完善宣传、监督机制的对策。

Support policy system of poor students in colleges and universities is increasingly perfect, smoothly provides a good condition for the family economic difficulties students to complete their studies, poor student aid policy is not only related to the students＇ vital interests, also related to the education fairness. Through the national aid policy present situation and the analysis of existing problems, the author puts forward practical standards to develop poor students＇ archives and databases as well as perfecting the mechanism of propaganda and supervision countermeasures.
