西部七省林业产业投入产出效率研究

Study on Input-output Efficiency of Forestry Industry in Seven Western Provinces

从投入与产出选取林业投资完成情况、林业固定资产投资与林业三大产业效益相关指标,设计林业产业效率评价体系,收集2013年我国西部7个省份林业统计数据,运用集对分析,建立林业产业投入产出效率评价方法与模型,进行分析计算。结果表明:存在投入产出效率不高现象,利用资源投入比重不当,资金使用效率不高,林业产业结构存在问题。根据各省情况提出优化林业产业结构、发展特色林业、加大林业生态建设和资源有机整合建议,为提高林业产业投入产出效率提供参考。

From two aspects of input and output,it selected related indicators of completion of forestry investment,fixed assets investment in forestry and three major industry benefits in forestry, and then designed efficiency evaluation system of forestry industry.It collected the seven provincial forestry statistics in western China in 2013 ,applied the idea of set pair analysis to establish the input-output efficiency evaluation method and model of forestry industry and had some analysis and calculation.It found that input and output efficiency of seven provincial forestry was not high phenomenon. Because theirs＇ proportion of resources was improper,service efficiency of funds was not high and they also had forestry industrial structure problems. According to the provincial situation, it put forward to some suggestions including optimizing industrial structure, developing characteristic forestry, forestry ecological construction and the organic integration of resources. It aimed to provide reference to improve input-output efficiency of forestry industry.
