基于ASM1的颗粒污泥对苯酚响应的数学模拟

摘要 以简化的ASM1为基础建立好氧颗粒污泥数学模型,通过苯酚的抑制作用进行模型修正,模拟苯酚对好氧颗粒污泥中微生物生长的影响。结果表明:苯酚浓度的增大有利于颗粒污泥中苯酚降解菌量的积累,但不利于其快速增长;由于苯酚的抑制作用自养菌和异养菌在颗粒外层的浓度低于在颗粒内层的浓度,而苯酚降解菌由于好氧生长和自抑制作用主要位于距颗粒中心1.2~1.8 mm处。 The effect of phenol on the growth of biomassin aerobic granules was simulated.This simulation was based on activited sludge model. The model was modified by the inhibition of phenol.The simulated results showed that the increase of phenol concentration was conducive to the accumulation of phenol degradation bacteria in granular sludge quantity, but not to its rapid growth.Due to the effect of inhibition of the phenol, the concentration of autotrophic bacteria and heterotrophic bacteria in the outer layer of the particles was lower than which in the lining of the particles.The growth of phenol degradation bacteria needed oxygen, and inhibited by pheno, so the phenol degradation bacteria was mainly in 1.2 mm to 1.8 mm from the center of particles.
