摘要
通过优化结冷胶种子的配方,在不影响发酵结果的前提下,得到了能有效降低成本的种子配方。一级种子配方为:葡萄糖1.0%,NaCl 0.5%,鱼蛋白胨0.6%,牛肉膏0.3%;二级种子配方为:葡萄糖1.0%,NaCl 0.5%,豆粉2.4%。
In this paper,an optimized gellan gum seed formula was obtained to reduce the cost effectively ,with the premise that the fermentation results were not affected. The optimization results were as following:glucose 1%, NaCl 0.5%, fish peptone 0.6%,beef extract 0.3% ;glucose 1%, NaCl 0.5%, soybean powder 2.4%.
