城乡统筹发展是我国经济进入转型升级、改革开放面临深化攻坚的关键时刻提出的重大战略措施,也是缩小城乡差距、解决"三农"问题的根本出路。该文介绍了杭州市城乡统筹发展的经验,即"杭州成效",阐述了其对安徽省美好乡村建设的启示。

Overall development of urban and rural not only major strategic measures which put forward for reform and opening up a critical moment,but also fundamental way to narrow the urban-rural gap and solve the problem of agriculture,rural and farmers.This paper introduced experience of overall development of urban and rural in Hangzhou City,which was called ＂Hangzhou effectiveness＂, and focused on its inspiration for the beautiful village eonstructian of Anhui Province.
