The Necessity and Efficient Ways of College Young Teache/rs' Self-education

通过对高校青年教师进行自我教育的必要性进行分析,提出高校青年教师可从两个方面进行自我教育:一是以着力激发学生求知欲的教学反思来进行自我教育;二是以着力提高学生知识应用能力的教学实践来进行自我教育。

This paper explores the necessity of college young teachers＇ self-education, and based on the analysis, the paper proposes that the self-education can start from two aspects： 1）the teaching reflection on arousing the curiosity of the students; 2）and the teaching practice in enhancing students＇ ability of knowledge application.
