As the technical method of printing document examination, the same-plate-printing has always been one of the hot research topics of the document examination. Furthermore, this kind of technique is widely used in various sorts of cases due to the extensive application of the offset printing method. Therefore, this paper begins with the introduction of the basic theories of this printing method as well as the characters of the documents made from it. Besides, the issues of the offset printing are demonstrated both in general and detailed views. In addition, the identification issues are discussed by combing with those important practical cases. Finally, the working styles of the examination staffs are mentioned during their working time. That is, only with their strict and careful attitude can those scientific and accurate conclusions be made.
