公安民警开展心理行为训练相关问题的研究

Research of Related Issues on Psychological Behavior Training for Police

本论文采用文献法、问卷调查法、实践法、数理统计法,对如何科学、合理、有效地开展公安民警心理行为训练和设置训练内容进行了研究。研究结果表明,心理行为训练应根据不同警种对不同心理品质强化的需求安排、调整训练内容。同时,应将心理评估纳入到心理行为训练之中;训练中要协调好团队训练与关注个人的关系;把心理行为训练与心理学知识普及结合在一起;使受训民警掌握一定的自我训练方法,有助于心理行为训练的后期效果巩固,避免训练效果短暂而不能持久。

This paper studies how to scientifically, rationally, effectively carry out the police＇s psychological behavior training and set up training content by adopting literature method, documentation method, questionnaire method, practice method and mathematical statistics method. The result shows that psychological behavior training needs to arrange and adjust its content according to the demands from different kinds of police for strengthening different psychological qualities. Meanwhile, to consolidate and sustain the post-training effect, psychological assessment should be included in the psychological behavior training; teamwork training should be coordinated with individual training; psychological behavior training should be combined with psychology knowledge; the police should be trained to master certain self-training method.
