课程国际化背景下高校师资建设机制研究

Mechanism Research on Construction of University Faculty under the Background of Curriculum Internationalization

课程国际化是高等教育国际化的核心内容,是促进和实现高等教育国际化的基本依托和主要载体。高校课程国际化的推进和实施需要高校教师的积极推进和主动参与,因而,课程国际化背景下必须重视高校师资队伍建设。高校师资队伍建设需要从以下几方面着手,也即是建立高校教师多元聘任机制、建立高校教师评价考核机制、建立高校教师激励保障机制、建立高校教师培训提升机制以及建立高校教师合理流动机制。

As the core of the internationalization of higher education, curriculum internationalization is the basic support and the main carrier to promote and realize the internationalization of higher education. The advance and implementation of higher education curriculum internationalization need to be actively promoted and participated in by university teachers. Therefore, it must be paid attention to the construction of staff in colleges and universities under the background of curriculum internationalization. Construction of teachers in colleges and universities need to proceed from the following aspects, that is to establish multiple employment mechanism, evaluation mechanism, incentive guarantee mechanism, training mechanism and reasonable flow mechanism.
