法国“净化校园殿堂”计划对我国校园安全保卫工作的启示

Inspiration of French “SAGES plan” to China's Campus Security Work

当前,社会深层矛盾日益表面化和激烈化,社会危机波及学校并引发连锁反应,造成校园安全形势十分严峻。而法国近年来实施的"净化校园殿堂"计划,以学校为中心向外扩展,国家宪兵队将警务区域分成校园内、校园周围和校外定位区三个校园安全圈,取得了较好的效果,对我国校园安全保卫工作具有很好启示。因此,从加强校园安全立法、探索校园警察制度、净化校园内外环境、加大安全防范投入四个方面提高校园安全防范能力,切实提高校园安全保卫工作。

At present, the deep social contradictions have been increasingly apparent and fierce. The social crisis has affected the school and set off a chain reaction, resulting in grim security situation in campuses. In recent years, France has implemented the ＂SAGES plan＂. In this plan, national military police region is divided into three safety rings with the school as the center： on the campus, around the campus and off the campus. The excellent effect enlightens the China＇s campus security work. Therefore, four perspectives of strengthening campus security legislation, exploring the way to establish campus police system, purifying environment and increasing input are put forward to enhance campus safety protection and improve the campus security work.
