浅谈高校科技期刊编辑部的建设

Brief Discussion on Constructing Editorial Department of Sci-tech Periodicals in Colleges and Universities

高校科技期刊在高校教学、科研中起着至关重要的作用,办好科技期刊是每个编辑部共同的目标和责任。高校科技期刊编辑部除了履行日常的行政职责外,还应该从长远打算完善编辑部的建设。本文主要从编辑人员培养、工作流程、初审情况以及主编、副主编、编委关系处理四个方面进行探讨和分析,以期为高校科技期刊编辑部的建设提供参考和借鉴。

Sci-tech periodicals in colleges and universities play an important role in the teaching and researching of colleges and universities. So it is the common objective and duty for every editorial department to construct a better sci-tech periodical. In addition to performing the daily administrative duty, the editorial department of sci-tech periodical in colleges and universities should plan to improve the construction of the editorial department in the long term. This paper mainly discusses and analyzes four aspects： editorial staff training, work flow, initial evaluation, and the relationship among chief editor, subeditor and editorial board, in order to provide reference for the construction of the editorial department of sci-tech periodical in colleges and universities.
