摘要 为了分析双角钢十字截面构件中填板受力性能和承载力计算方法,用3种规格不同长细比的双角钢组合截面构件足尺试验、有限元分析、板的弹塑性理论考察了填板的应力状态与双角钢构件的受力性能的关系。利用参数化有限元模型分析了构件截面规格、填板厚度等主要因素对填板受力的影响,根据其应力状态特点提出计算填板内力的合理有效的方法,并与试验和有限元结果进行对比。结果表明,建议的填板计算方法有较好的适用性,可供工程实践参考。 In order to analyze the mechanical behavior and calculation method of the built-up cruciform cross members, a full-scale experiment of three different cross section members is conducted. Based on the finite element analysis and elastoplasticity theory of plates, the relationship between stress condition of filler plate and built-up cruciform cross section member is investigated. A series of parameterized FEA models are established in order to analyze the influence of major factors towards filler plates, such as section specification, and thickness of filler plates, etc. A calculation formula is presented in this paper and compared with experiment and FEA results. The results show that the proposed formula shows commendable applicability, and can work as reference in engineering practice.
