摘要
运用教学实验法和问卷调查法,对高校传统健美课与力量健身课进行了比较研究。结果表明,力量健身课对发展学生跑跳能力、灵敏和协调素质等方面具有优势,能较大程度地满足学生体育锻炼的不同目的和需要,使更多学生喜欢体育课和参加体育锻炼,有利于实现学生体育锻炼课内外一体化,对促进和保障学生体质与健康水平具有重要作用,进而提出了力量健身课的主要教学内容、教学任务和教学过程要求。
By teaching experiment and questionnaire survey, a comparative analysis between traditional fitness classes and strength fitness classes is carried out in this study. The results show that the strength fitness class has advantages for the development of students; running and jumping ability, agility and coordination. It can meet the different needs and objectives of the students; physical exercises, as a result, more students tend to like physical education and participate in physical exercises. It contributes to the realization of integration between in-class and out-class physical exercises. And it plays an important role in improving students; physical fitness and health level. Main teaching contents, teaching tasks and teaching process requirements for strength fitness classes are then put forward.
