通脉解毒汤治疗坏疽期血栓闭塞性脉管炎

血栓闭塞性脉管炎是一种以中、小动脉阶段性,非化脓性炎症和动脉腔内血栓形成为特征的慢性闭塞性疾病,坏死期的血栓闭塞性脉管炎,症状特别严重,患肢趾(指)端发黑、坏疽、溃疡形成,疼痛剧烈。此期动脉完全闭塞,侧支循环不能保证趾(指)存活。本人自拟通脉解毒汤治疗该病,对溃疡形成者进行中药换药包扎处理,能免除患者截肢的痛苦,减少治疗费用,患者特别满意。
