痰热清雾化吸入受试者脱落原因调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of defluxion cases in nebulization of Tanreqing injection

目的:分析临床痰热清雾化吸入治疗过程中受试者脱落的主要因素,探讨降低雾化吸入受试者脱落率的方法。方法L对我院2011年5月至2013年4月期间完成的痰热清雾化吸入临床试验项目中脱落的52例进行原因分析。结果 L影响痰热清雾化吸入试验者脱落的因素有受试者个人因素、不良反应、治疗环境、研究者原因等,以受试者个人因素为主要脱落原因,不良反应及治疗环境也是重要因素。结论:加强对受试者个人因素及环境因素的评估,依从性教育,建立良好的医患关系,加强研究人员的培训等,可有效提升受试者依从性,降低受试者脱落比例,从而节约时间、经费,缩小试验规模。

Objective To analyse the main factor of defluxion cases in nebulization of Tanreqing injection,and discusses some countermeasures to reduce the rate of defluxion cases.Methods Analyze the causes of defluxion through the 52 defluxion cases in clinical trial of nebulization of Tanreqing injection.Results The factors of defluxion cases in nebulization of Tanreqing injection are personal factors,adverse reactions, therapeutic milieu, researchers factors etc, with personal factors as the main deciduous causes, adverse reactions and therapeutic milieu are also very important factors.Conclusion Strengthening the assessment of personal and environment factor on the subjects, establishing the better doctor-patient relationship,and reinforcing the training of the researchers can not only enhance compliance effectively and reduce proportion of defluxion, but also save time and funds.
