摘要
在一定的条件下,确定了掺铒光纤激光器的最佳光纤长度和激光器两个腔镜的最佳反射率,设计出的光纤激光器的输出特性可以得到优化。根据掺铒光纤激光器的速率方程,对线型腔光纤激光器的输出特性进行了理论分析,得到了光纤激光器在稳态条件下的输出功率,阈值抽运功率和斜率效率的解析表达式。对光纤激光器的输出特性进行了数值模拟,得到了泵浦功率为20mw,饵离子掺杂浓度为400 ppm,掺铒光纤长度为1.5m,光纤环形镜反射率为1,光纤光栅反射率为0.5时,光纤激光器的输出功率和斜率效率较大,阈值抽运功率较小。为光纤激光器的优化设计提供了理论依据。
Under certain conditions,the optimum fiber length of erbium-doped fiber laser,and laser optimum reflectivity of the two mirrors,the output characteristics of fiber laser designs can be optimized. Based on the rate equations applicable to the erbium-doped fiber laser, a continuous erbium-doped fiber laser of linear cavity has been studied, and analytical expressions on laser output power, threshold pump power and siope dfliciency under stationary condition have been derived.The pump power is 20MW,bait ion doping concentration is 400 ppm, fiber length is 1.5m, 1L1 is 1,1K2 is 0.5,the output characteristics can obtain ideal. To provide theoretical basis for the optmization design of optical fiber laser.
