促进跨境电子商务物流发展的路径

The Development Path of Cross-border E-commerce Logistics

随着电子信息技术与经济全球化的深入发展以及我国经济的发展和人均可支配收入的提高,我国跨境电子商务发展迅速。但是,由于跨境电子商务所涉及物流、资金流以及诚信机制的复杂性,加之信息系统、政策环境等方面的限制,我国跨境电子商务在物流方面面临的限制越来越多越来越大。为更好地促进跨境电子商务发展,提高跨境电子商务竞争力,必须重视跨境物流网络建设,一要加强海外仓等的建立和管理,二要加强物流监控和预测,三要采用供应链管理方式,四要针对不同国家采取不同的物流模式,五要积极争取政府政策的支持。

With the development of IT,economic globalization and China’s economy and the increase of per capitadisposable income,the e- commerce of cross- border has developed rapidly in recent years. But because of the complexity ofrelated logistics,capital flow and trust system,and the limitation of information system and policy environment,there areincreasingly more limitation in the development of e-commerce of cross-border in China in terms of logistics. To better promotethe development of cross-border e-commerce and improve the competitiveness,we should pay more attention to the constructionof cross-border logistic network. First,we should strengthen the establishment and management of oversee storehouse;second,we should strengthen logistic supervision and forecast;third,we should adopt the management pattern of supply chain;fourth,we should adopt different logistic mode with different countries;and fifth,we should strive for more government policy support.
