振兴我国畜牧业的科技发展战略

Science and Technology Development Strategy for the Revitalization of Chinese Animal Husbandry

畜牧业是国民经济的基础之一,是引领我国农业实现现代化和可持续发展的战略产业,未来10到20年是我国畜牧业的战略机遇期和转型期。在取得了系列成就的同时,我国畜牧业也面临诸如资源环境束缚、外部竞争压力、质量生态安全等系列严峻问题。本文针对中长期我国畜牧业"又快又好"发展重大瓶颈和对科技的重大需求,在本土资源利用与品种"国产化"、畜产品结构调整与质量保障、饲料资源与草原生产力重建、动物健康养殖与减排用废等方面提出了发展方向与重点任务。

Animal husbandry is the foundation of the national economy and the strategic industry to lead Chinese agricultural modernization and sustainable development. The next ten to twenty years is the period of strategic opportunities and type transition for our country animal husbandry. In the same time of obtaining a series of achievements, the animal husbandry in China also faces a serious problems such as resources environment restraint, external competition pressure, quality and ecological security, etc. Based on the demand of science and technology for the long-term "fast and good development"of Chinese animal husbandry, this article describes the development direction and emphasis task in the local resources utilization, livestock product structure adjustment and quality assurance, feed resources and grassland productivity reconstruction, animal healthy culture and reduction of waste. The text also proposes security measures, taking innovation as the ifrst driving force, and the science and technology strategy for the stable development of animal husbandry in China's revitalization.
