摘要
Buck型DC-DC电源在现代便携式电子系统中应用广泛,研究了Buck型变换器的工作原理,介绍了采用LM3150为电源芯片的BucK型DC-DC电源的设计。借助于WEBENCH电源设计工具,选择了合适的元件参数,实现效率、成本、面积和开关频率的优化。通过仿真表明该电源稳定性好,转换效率高,可以广泛应用于便携设备中。
Buck DC-DC power supply is widely used in modern portable electronic system. The working principle of Buck converter is studied. Design of Buck type DC-DC switching power supply with LM3150 as the power chip is introduced. With the help of WEBENCH power supply design tools, the parameters suitable for the components were chosen,and efficien-cy,cost,size and switching frequency were optimized. The simulation shows that the power supply has good stability,high con-version efficiency,and can be widely used in portable devices.
