摘要
采用广东省专利信息服务平台的"七国两组织"专利数据库,检索1980年1月1日至2012年12月31日期间的OLED应用领域相关的中国专利文献,建立我国OLED应用领域专利数据库,了解该技术在国内外的发展历史及研究进展。通过分析该技术专利的申请总量趋势、主要专利申请人分布、IPC分类号分布等,为OLED应用专利的进一步开发和完善提供参考和依据。
″The seven countries and two organizations″ patent database of Guangdong patent information service platform was adopted to retrieve the relevant Chinese patent literatures in the field of OLED application in the period from 1980-01-01 to 2012-12-31 and Chinese OLED patent database in the application field was established. The developing history and the latest re-search progress are introduced in this paper. A reference is provided for the further development and perfection of the OLED ap-plication patents by analyzing the total amount of patent applications,distribution of main patent applicants and distribution of ICP classification codes.
