表面活性剂对防尘细水雾雾场特性影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究表面活性剂对防尘细水雾雾场特性的影响,对2种喷头在3种工况压力下的含表面活性剂细水雾雾场参数进行了实验研究。选用3种典型的阴离子表面活性剂,测量了不同浓度溶液的表面张力,得到实验条件下的临界胶束浓度。采用量杯法研究表面活性剂对细水雾雾化锥角和雾流密度的影响规律,分析喷头种类、表面活性剂类型和工作压力对细水雾雾场参数的影响。研究表明,细水雾平均粒径为200μm时,表面活性剂能降低锥心处雾流密度,雾流密度峰值远离锥心位置,使细水雾雾场分布均匀,增大细水雾的雾化锥角,提高细水雾防尘效率;细水雾平均粒径为400μm时,表面活性剂对细水雾雾流密度的影响已不显著。 In order to analyze the influence of surfactant on the characteristics of dust-removal water mist field, experimental study was made on the parameters of the surfactant-containing water mist field of two kinds of nozzles at three different operating pressures. Three kinds of anionic surfactants were chosen, the surface tension of the solution in different concentrations was measured and the critical micelle concentration was obtained. Study was also made on the influence rule of surfactant upon the water mist atomization cone angle and the mist flow density with measuring cup method, and analysis was made on the influence of the nozzle type, the type and working pressure of surfactant upon the water mist field parameters. The study showed that when the average particle size of the water mists was 200 μm, the surfactant can reduce the mist flow density at the cone, make the peak mist flow density far away from the cone position and the water mist field to be uniformly distributed, increase the atomization cone angle of the water mists, and improve dust-removal efficiency of the water mists;when the average particle size of the water mists was 400 μm, the surfactant has no significant influence on the water mist flow density.
