摘要
针对郑煤集团某矿28采区变电所巷道围岩失稳现状,采用数值模拟及松动圈测试方法对其失稳特征进行了深入分析,并提出具体有效支护方案。分析表明:巷道围岩松软破碎,受采动及上方永久煤柱支撑压力的影响后围岩松动圈范围较大,巷道围岩严重失稳,采用U型钢封闭支架+注浆+锚索+钢丝网联合支护方式,提高巷道围岩支护强度,解决此类支护难题,具有较高的理论意义和实用价值。
To counter to the instability situation of the roadway surrounding rock of the substation in No. 28 mining district in a mine of Zhengzhou Coal Industry ( Group ) Co. , Ltd. , deep analysis was made on its instability characteristics by using numerical simulation and the loose-circle test method, and a specific effective supporting scheme was proposed. The analysis showed that the surrounding rock of the roadway was soft and fractured, the range of the loose circles of the surrounding rock was rather large due to the influence of the mining and the bearing pressure of the above permanent coal pillar, and the surrounding rock of the roadway was in severe instability. For this purpose, a combined supporting mode of U-shape closed scaffold+grouting+ cable anchor + wire mesh was adopted to increase the supporting strength of the roadway surrounding rock and solve such difficult support problem, so it has high theoretical significance and practical value.
