制造业内部物流所处的困境及优化管理研究

A Study of the Plight of Internal Logistics in Manufacturing Industry and its Optimal Management

针对当前我国制造型企业内部物流管理存在的问题,深入剖析其管理制约因素,说明构建高效快捷物流体系的必要性;为此,必须强化管理意识,构建管控体系、优化整体布局,加快规范化建设、完善信息化平台,实现信息共享、发挥“第三方”作用,实现优势互补、加快物流人才建设,加强专业人员培训、建立绩效评估体系,实现内部管理突破等方面优化企业内部物流管控能力的策略,以期帮助企业加快库存周转、缩短交货期、提高生产柔性、降低物流成本,最终达到提升企业内部物流管理效率和提高企业整体经济效益的目的.

This study first analyzes and discusses the current problems facing the internal logistics of manufacturing industry and its managerial restraints and points out the necessity of establishing swift and high-efficient logistics systems. Secondly, some suggestions and strategies have been proposed for the sake of obtaining a stronger control capacity of internal logistics within enterprises, such as enhancing the managerial awareness and accelerating its standardization, constructing the control system, optimizing the general layout, developing the information platform and realizing the sharing of information, making the best use of the third party, enforcing the cultivation of logistics talents and their training, establishing performance evaluation system, etc. Thirdly, the thesis illustrates the benefits that the above strategies bring, which help to maximize inventory turnover, shorten the delivery days, improve the flexibility of production, lower the logistics cost, and finally contribute to the high efficiency of the internal logistics within enterprises and the overall economic benefits.
