摘要
采用一维流体系统仿真软件Bentley HAMMER建立厂房渗漏排水系统的数值模型,进行稳态和瞬态工况的计算。通过稳态工况计算,验证了模型的有效性,发现水泵的运行工况基本在最高效率点附近。通过瞬态工况计算,为系统的现场调试提供了依据,发现水泵控制阀关闭时间大于6 s时,能有效地消减停泵时管路中的水锤压力。
The numerical model of drainage system for the underground powerhouse is established with the one-dimensional CFD software of Bentley HAMMER, and the steady and transient operation conditions are calculated. The reliability of this model is validated by the steady calculation. It is found that the pump always works around the highest efficiency point. The transient calculation results show that the valve can efficiently drop the water hammer pressure when the closing time is longer than 6 s.
