维生素D_3对2型糖尿病患者糖代谢和体内相关炎症因子水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨维生素D_3对2型糖尿病患者糖代谢和体内相关炎症因子水平的影响。方法将120例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,VD组在对照组基础上口服维生素D31 000 IU/d,12周为1个疗程。在入组时及治疗结束后进行25羟维生素D3[25(OH)D3]、血脂、肝功能、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)和血糖等常规临床生化指标的检测。结果经过12周治疗,VD组25(OH)D3水平明显升高(P<0.01),空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、hsCRP明显降低(P<0.01),对照组则治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗后,VD组25(OH)D3水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),hsCRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01);两组在治疗前后谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)无明显变化(P>0.05),且在治疗过程中,两组均无恶心、呕吐、头晕、咳嗽等发生。结论常规糖尿病治疗基础上口服维生素D3治疗,既能取得与基础治疗相类似的降糖效果,同时又能明显增加机体体内25羟维生素D3水平,并明显降低超敏C反应蛋白等炎症因子水平。
