教师培训效果转化的测评思路构架 被引量:1

摘要 教师培训是一个体系,包括培训者、参训者、培训目的、培训方式、培训方案、培训管理和培训效果转化测评等一些系列内容,其中培训效果转化测评关系到培训目的是否达到、培训方式是否合理,在培训体系中占有十分重要的地位。本文基于柯氏四级培训效果评估模型,构建了教师培训效果转化的测评思路,以期为培训效果测评提供一定的参考和依据。
