2014年5月9日,《国务院关于进一步促进资本市场健康发展的若干意见》正式发布,包括注册制改革、发展私募市场、兼并重组和资本市场开放等方面内容,其中明确提出要鼓励境内证券期货经营机构实施＂走出去＂战略,增强国际竞争力。本文将对中国证券公司开展境外业务的实现路径进行分析讨论。
Several opinions of the state council on further promoting the healthy development of the capital markets has been officially released on May 9,2014,which clearly put forward to encourage domestic securities and futures business institutions to implement the strategy of 'going out',aim to improve the international competitiveness.This paper discusses the implementation path of securities companies to develop overseas business.
