对普通高校体育师资队伍建设的研究

Present Situation of the Ranks of Physical Education Teachers in Chinese Colleges and Universities

综合运用调查访问等研究方法，从整体性、综合性角度，对全国部分普通高校的体育部（室）师资队伍状况进行了调查和分析研究。研究结果表明，目前普通高校体育师资队伍建设与国家建设“大致相适应”，但不是“完全适应”，还存在一些亟待解决的问题。如青年教师思想政治工作薄弱的状况尚未根本扭转、高校体育教师队伍学历偏低、自身素质有待提高、高级职称群体老化现象不同程度存在、体育教师的地位和待遇有待提高等。并针对存在的问题提出了完善高校体育师资队伍建设的对策和措施。

Based on investigations and interview, the present situation of the ranks of physical education teachers in some of the colleges and universities were analysed. The results showed that the status quo of PE teachers in ordinary colleges and universities roughly, but not completely suits the modernized construction of the country, and there still exist problems to be solved such as lacking in young teachers political instruction, lower professional education career of PE teachers, required improvement of self-quali- ty, getting old of senior professional posts ,and raise of positions and treatments. Sugges- tions were also put forward against those problems to improve the construction of the ranks of PE teachers.
