摘要
为探讨肌肉工作外部力学特性与生理指标无氧功率、身体成分的关系,以及采用多指标综合评定摔跤专项力量的特点,我们利用Cybex350等速测力系统,对国家古典摔跤集训队的21名队员进行了测试。结果表明:当肘关节运动角速度达300°/s时.峰力矩、总功、平均功率与无氧功率呈高度相关;蝰力矩与瘦体重呈高度相关。摔跤专项肌肉力学特点是:在静力性工作时,上肢仲肌力量大于屈肌;而在动力性工作时.上肢屈肌力量大于伸肌.但轻量级例外。
For the purposes of making clear the relationship between muscular strength and anaerobic pow er and boby composition, and determining the characteristics of muscular strength of wrestling, 21classical wrestlers from the Chinese national team were synthetically evaluated with Cybex 350 dynamometer for up- per-limb muscle strength and Monark 829E bicycle ergometer for anaerobic power. The results indicated that when the angular velocity of elbow segment comes to 300°/s, there were highly significant correlation be tween anaerobic power and peak torque, total work, and average power, and between peak torque and fat- free weight, It was also found that the strength of extension was bigger than that of flexion when upper-limb muscle worked at isometric contraction, and the strength of flexion was bigger than that of extension when the muscle worked at isokinetic contraction.
