摘要
介绍了金凤煤矿柔模泵注混凝土沿空留巷技术的应用情况,以011802工作面回风巷成功应用该技术为实例,分析和探索应用过程中存在的不足、解决方法及改进方向,为该技术的推广应用总结经验。柔模泵注混凝土沿空留巷技术具有降低巷道掘进率、提高煤炭回采率等显著优点,可有效缓解矿井接续紧张的局面,且经济效益明显。
In the paper, the application of gob side entry retaining using Flexible Formwork and Pumped Concrete Supporting Technology (FFPCST) in Jinfeng Mine is introduced, taking the 011802 tailgate case in which this technique was successfully applied as example, disad-vantages and related solutions in the progress of applying this technique, and improving directions is analysed and explored, experience for the popularizing of this technique is summerized. Gob side entry retaining using FFPCST has distinguished superiorities such as lower roadway drivage ratio, higher coal extraction rate and so on, it can effectively alleviate the tension situation in continuing mines, and the economic ben-efits is obvious.
