数值模拟法确定特厚煤层合理分层开采参数的研究

摘要 基于提高回采效率的考虑,针对具有缓倾斜特厚煤层赋存特点的栖凤煤矿5#煤层进行分析。可以认为,分层综采或者单一综放工艺都无法取得预期效果,故采取分层综放进行回采。首先通过顶煤冒放性分析,求得理论合理的分层厚度。由于相似材料模拟的限制因素,采取经济有效的有限元数值模拟软件对理论分层条件下的矿压规律显现进行模拟,验证了在此综放分层层厚及采放比的条件下有利于进行安全生产。对于相似矿井的回采方案选择具有一定的借鉴意义。 Considering the purpose of improving recovery efficiency , the 5# coal seam of Qifeng mine was analyzed which possesses characteristics of slowly inclined and thick coal seam. Judging from the experience, we should take the layered fully-mechanized caving mining method for both the traditional fully-mechanized and layered fully-mechanized mining method are not suitable. Firstly, the characteristics of top-coal caving was analyzed ,and the reasonable lift height was given. Due to the limiting factor of similar material simulation, the cost-effective numerical simulation software was taken into the analysis ,the results showed that the layering thickness and Mining ratio is proper for safe mining. This paper provides a reference to the similar mine mining scheme selection.
