摘要
目前煤矿设备的自动化控制基本上以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心,早期煤矿设备的控制系统普遍带有小型化和局部化的特点,实行分散控制,不能满足无人值守集中综合智能控制的要求。利用MODBUS通讯将井上下多部皮带机的控制系统进行改造,实现煤流系统多部皮带机集中控制,达到减人提效的目的。
At present, the coal mine equipment automation control is basically focused on a programmable controller (PLC) as the core. In early times, the control system of the coal mining equipment is characterized by small-scale and localization in a way of decentralized control, which can not meet the unattended request of centralized integrated intelligent control. By using MODBUS communications, control system of multi-ple belt conveyors above and under the ground are transformed to achieve centralized control of the conveyors of the coal system, so as to de-crease staff members but increase efficiency.
