摘要
马锡五审判方式有其固有的特征、产生根源和历史局限性 ;虽然它的历史使命已经完成 ,但其追求实质真实、公正司法的精神 。
Ma Xiwu's method in judicial judgement has its own uniqueness, origins and historical limitations. Although it has completed its historical mission, the essence of pursuing truth and fair judgement is still the final goal of Chinese legal system reform.
