流态化预还原矿粉的粘结与预防

摘要 采用正交设计法进行了流化床还原试验。极差分析表明还原温度是影响矿粉粘结的最主要因素。在同样还原条件下对不同的添加物和矿粉附碳防粘作用进行了研究。试验表明矿粉附碳和矿粉中添加煤粉防粘效果明显。 The reduction experiments have been done in reactor of fluidizing pre-reduction, using the orthogonal design means. Analysis of range proved that reduction temperature is the most important actor influenced the iron concentrate sticking. An effect of many kinds of additive and the iron concentrate adhered carbon on preventing sticking was studied at same reduction conditions. The experimental results showed that adhering carbon on the iron concentrate and adding coal powder in it have remarkable effect on preventing sticking.
