我国部分科技人员利用文献情况的初步调查

A PRELIMINARY INVESTICATION OF DOCUMENT UTILIZATION BY SCIENTISTS AND TECHNICIANS IN CHINA

本文是中国科学技术情报学会理论方法组1981年对全国部分科技人员利用文献情况的调查研究报告。全文共分五部分：1．一般情况；2．科技人员利用文献的情况和分析；3．科技人员对各种情报服务方式的评价；4．科技人员对情报工作的意见和建议；5．若干初步看法。这一工作对了解我国情报工作现状，提高情报服务工作水平，开展情报用户培训，以及制定情报工作政策和发展我国情报学研究，都有一定的实际意义。

This is a report of a preliminary investigation of the condition of document utilization of a portion of scientific and technical personnel in China conducted by the Theoretical and Methodological Division of CSSTI in 1981o The paper is divided into five sections. 1. the condition in general;2. the condition and analysis of document utilization by scientific and technical personnel; 3. the appraisal of various modes of information service by scientific and technical personnel; 4. the opinions and suggestions of scien- tific and technical personnel on information work; and 5. some preliminary concepts The paper is of practical significance in understanding the present status of information work in China, in raising the quality of information service, in undertaking the training of information users, in stipulating policies for information work as well as in developing informatics researeh.
