专利文献在我国科研工作中的作用

THE ROLE OF PATENT LITERATURE IN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN CHINA

作者从使用效果出发，根据四轮全国性情报征询调查的统计分析结果，评价了各情报源在科研工作中的地位，指出专利文献是最有使用价值的情报源之一。它对科研成果的取得有或大或小的促进作用，并有助于提高科研成果的水平。文中还提供了我国科研人员使用专利文献的其它有关数据。

This report is based on the result of statistical analysis of questionaires solicited in four rounds of nation-wide investigation involving thousands of Chinese scientists and engineers to evaluate the role of various information resources in China＇s R ＆ D From the point of utilization, patent literature may be considered as one of the most valuable information resources. It plays the role, more or less, of enhancing the acquisition of R ＆ Dachievements and is helpful in raising their level In addition, some other data on the utilization of patent in China are presented.
