中文文献输入建库和检索刊物自动编排

SETTINC UP A CHINESE DOCUMENT DATA BASE AND THE AUTOMATIC COMPILATION OF BIBLIOGRAPHIC PUBLICATION

本文在作者研制的一个可实用的“中文检索刊物自动编排系统”的基础上，介绍了计算机建立中文库和编排中文检索刊物的一些问题，并由此提出在计算机上建立中文检索系统的方法。作者认为，从编排中文检索刊物入手，逐步积累文献库，是建立中文检索系统比较经济的途径。鉴于中文文献输入计算机费用较高、工作量大，作者特刖强调一次输入，多次利用均系统设计原则。文章对计算机在输入建库、编辑索引和自动排版中使用的若干方法也作了讨论。

This paper attempts to introduce some of the problems as thesetting up of a Chinese document data base and the compiling of bibliographic publications on the basis of an experimental system developed on the computer by the authors, whereby,the method offsetting up the Chinese document retrieval system is proposed To begin with, the compilation of bibliographic publications in setting up a Chinese document retrieval system and expanding the data base step by step is considered to be a more economical approach As the setting up of a Chinese document data base is expensive and time-consuming, special emphasis is given to the designing of a system whose data input could be made at one stroke to the computer to be ready for use at will Besides, some methods employed in data input to set up a base in compiling indexes and in computer composition are also discussed.
