试论高校人才培养与情报工作

A DISCUSSION OF THE BRINGING UP OF TALENTS IN INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING AND INFORMATION WORK

本文以我国人才问题的现实情况为基点，论述了高校人才的培养计划、教学内容和需求预测等环节均需要沟通情报；初步提出了几种用于人才优势积累、培养、分配等方面的情报工作方法。

Taking the reality of the problem of talent in our country as the basic point, this paper makes a discussion of a few major links like the plan of training, the subject matter of teaching and the prediction of demands of qualified scientific and technical personnel that are colluded with information, Moreover, it also makes a preliminary proposal of some methods of information work applicable to such aspects as the preponderance accumulation, training and distribution of talented personnel.
