对科技情报工作改革若干问题的探讨

A DISCUSSION OF SOME PROBLEMS IN THE REFORM OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION WORK IN CHINA

作者提出，发展我国的情报工作，应逐步实现如下目标：全国情报工作系统化和网络化；机构分工专业化；情报服务社会化；情报合作国际化；情报技术现代化。作者认为，在专业情报网（站）的基础上建立和发展行业情报咨询中心，是科技情报工作改革的突破口。文章对情报部门的干部制度、人事管理、业务经营和情报研究等方面的改革进行了探讨。

The author suggests that to develop information work in China, these objectives should be realised gradually： systematising and networking information work of the whole country,dividing institution work according to speciality; socializing information service; internationalizing information cooperation; and modernizing information techniques. The author believes that to establish and develop information advisory centres for different trades on the basis of speciality information networks （stations） will leave a gap to effect a breakthrough in sci-tech information work. Such facets as the cadre system, personnel administration, vocational management and information research are also,discussed.
