中医药文献主题标引中的词表问题是如何解决的

为了解决中医药文献主题标引中的词表问题，作者们首先从《汉语主题词表》中抽出有关中医药概念的主题词，加工编辑成《汉语主题词表》（中医药）试用稿。然后使用这个词表和美国的《医学主题词表》标引了五千余篇中医药文献。经过实践，又对试用稿做了修改和补充。文章指出，这种管理词表的原则和方法，对其他学科文献的标引工作有一定参考价值。

In order to solve the problem of thesaurus for indexing subject headings of Chinese medical literature, the authors extracted all subject terms relevant to Chinese medicine in the ＂Chinese Thesaurus＂ to be rearranged and compiled into a trial draft to form the Chinese medical section of same, With this trial list and the Medical Subject Headings Annotated Alphabetic List compiled by the American National Library of Medicine, we indexed 5,000 odd articles of traditional Chinese medical literature, Through practices in indexing, some revisions and additions were made to the trial draft, The paper points out that such a principle and method of compiling and revising the medical subject headings list may be of value as reference to many a discipline other than medicine.
