摘要
文章以实践为基础，用系统工程的方法，探讨怎样建立档案自动检索系统。
The article makes an introduction of the concrete procedures and methods of systems engineering taking the process of establishing the automatic access system in an archives for an example. As it is a relatively more integrated one, it may be of value as reference to colleagues working in the field of automation of documentary information.
