摘要
作者们用发调查表的方法进行了用户调查。调查内容包括：用户对文献文种的需求，对不同类型文献的需求，对文献使用年限的需求等。文章分析了科技人员查找文献的情况。作者还对文献工作提了一些建议。
A survey of users by means of questionaires has been conducted by the authors. The contents include the demands in language, class and service life of documents. An analysis is made of the conditions of document search of scientific and technical personnel in Tianjin Municipality, and some suggestions on documentation are also given.
