摘要
文章论述了开发文献信息资源的意义，现代文献信息的特点和发展趋势；着重分析了我图文献信息工作的现状和存在的问题；提出了文献信息资源的布局原则和方案，以及开发利用的措施。
The paper expounds the significance ot exploiting the document information resources, the specialities of modern information resources and the trends of their development;analyses emphatically the status quo of document information work in China and the problems present; and suggests the principles and schemes for their distribution as well as the measures for their exploitation and utilisation.
