科技情报机构的体制改革

ORGANISATIONAL REFORM OF THE SCI-TECH INFORMATION SETUP

文章回顾了我国科技情报机构近两年来体制改革的情况，探讨了应如何进一步深化改革。作者指出，我国的科技情报机构应把主要力量用于技术情报服务，提出了放活科技情报机构的几项措施。文章还就改革中经费管理及业务工作方面所应进行的相应变革进行了探索。

The paper reviews the condition of the organisational reform of China＇s sci-tech information setup in the last two years and probes into the question of how to go deeper into it. The author points out that the main force should be thrown into sci tech information servics and suggests some measures to set alive the sci-tech information organisations. The corresponding changes that ought to be made in the aspects of funds management and vocational work in the reform are also investigated.
