摘要
文章提出了建立学科体系的基本原则：体系的整体性原则，要素相干原则，结构的层次性原则，功能专一性原则，开发性与封闭性原则。作者提出了包括情报基础理论、情报应用理论和情报实用技术的情报科学总体结构。
To establish a system for the informatics course, the paper puts forward some basic principles on same, namely： system integrity, coherence of essential factors, stratification of structure, specificity of functions,and the properties of being exploited and closed. The author brings up the overall structure of information science embracing the basic and the application theories of intormation as well as its applicable technologies,
