对地方情报中心建设发展的若干看法

SOME VIEWS ON CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL INFORMATION CENTRES

作者提出，地方情报事业的基本任务是提高科学管理水平，建设地方科技情报子系统，强化各项业务功能。作者认为，各地方科技情报中心已具有相当实力，今后应进一步完善系统结构，扩大网络范围，强化业务功能，增强系统活力，加强基础性工作，注重信息反馈。

The authors suggest that the basic tasks of local information undertakings are to promote the standard of scientific management, to build up the local sci- tech information sub-systems, and to intensify the various vocational functions. The paper considers that various local sci-tech centres do already command some considerable actual strength, and, later on, they should further perfect the structure of the system, broaden the scope of the network, intensify voca- tional functions, augment the vitality of the system, strengthen basic work and pay attention to information feedback.
