摘要
结合近年来国内外对有机氯(OCPs)的研究现状,系统综述了OCPs的神经毒性、致癌性、生殖毒性和出生缺陷对人类健康的影响,以期为今后OCPs毒性效应的深入研究和制定食品中残留OCPs标准提供基础资料。
There is a greay concern over the OCPs risk to human health.This paper reviews the effects of OCPs on human health,and provides basic information for further research of toxicity effects of OCPs and the stand-ards of OCPs residues in food.
