湿害胁迫对不结球白菜生长及生理的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了探明湿害胁迫对不结球白菜生长的影响,本试验通过模拟根系高湿条件对6个不结球白菜品种的形态和生理指标进行研究。研究结果表明:湿害胁迫下,各参试品种的鲜质量均低于对照,且均达显著或极显著差异;菊花心的株高相对增长量显著低于低于对照;各参试品种根长则均极显著低于对照;各参试品种叶长也均显著小于对照;除龙池矮脚黄之外,其他5个品种的叶宽也均显著小于对照;叶绿素和蛋白质含量只有菊花心显著低于对照,黑油筒的蛋白质含量则显著高于对照;可溶性糖含量只有菊花心和高华青显著低于对照;脯氨酸含量也只有菊花心和高华青极显著和显著低于对照;相对含水量则只有菊花心显著高于对照。综合各形态及生理指标变化情况,矮脚苏州青和黑油筒受影响最小,说明二者在参试品种中具有相对较强的耐湿性,而菊花心受湿害胁迫影响最大,说明其耐湿性相对较差。 To investigate the effects of waterlogging on their growth, both morphological and physiological character-istics of six varieties of non-heading Chinese cabbage were studied by simulating root humidity conditions ( 100% humidi-ty). The results showed that fresh weights of all varieties were significantly lower than that of CK (60% humidity). The relative growth rate of plant height of Juhuaxin was lower than CK. Root length, leaf length and leaf width ( except for Longchiaijiaohuang ) of all six varieties were less than those of CK. Juhuaxin and Gaohuaqing showed lower proline content than CK which was outperformed by Juhuaxin in relative water content, To sum up, two materials Aijiaosuzhouqing and He-iyoutong were less affected by waterlogging, indicative of strong waterlogging tolerance. Juhuaxin was affected the most sug-gestive a poor waterlogging tolerance.
